What can I expect from the event?
Experience a spectacular immersive K-pop stage with upbeat music. Enjoy diverse interactive content, including decorating costumes, receiving a personalized fortune card, and riding a swing while watching views of Singapore and Paris. Feel the beat of K-pop songs come alive with interactive mobile-powered technology. This is your chance to experience everything from vibing to music to crafting personalised art with AI in a single exhibition venue.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at 3F Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 188778.
What are the session timings?
From 10AM to 6PM. Each ticket gives access to 1 screening for the timeslot indicated on your ticket. Screening starts hourly on the dot, please arrive at least 10 minutes before so you don't miss it.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a 14,500 ft air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
It will be around one hour of experience. In the main hall, you can enjoy K-pop music and interactive rhythm content with the immersive media art. Outside of the hall, this is followed by a series of creative installations where guests can engage with personalized content and innovative technology.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available at the venue. Parking charges are not included in the tickets.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not include Virtual Reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are available for sale onsite. To avoid queues onsite, we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please contact groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the expected start time, as this event is designed as a storytelling experience. If you happen to arrive late, you may be able to take part in the time-slot reserved, but you won't be able to enjoy the experience in full.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals kept under proper control, held by a leash; and restrained from straying, causing annoyance, nuisance or damage to any property.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held at an ADA-compliant venue that is fully accessible to guests using wheelchairs.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Sharp items, food and drinks are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We do not recommend this event for deaf/visually impaired people, though some of the interactive content might be enjoyable.
Will there be strobe lights?
Please note that while there are no direct strobe lights from the front screen, moving lights are installed on the ceiling. Rather than obstructing your view, they create a dramatic, stage-like atmosphere—making it the perfect spot to snap some amazing photos!
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted for clicking pictures to ensure other viewers are not disturbed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at groundseesawasia@mnart.co.kr. Please note that all valuables (wallets, passports, ID cards, jewelry, etc.) will be handed over to the police after 30 days, and all other items will be discarded after 30 days.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience is recommended for ages 4 and up. First 45 min of the exhibition feature a story-driven media art movie that requires seated and focused viewing. Infants and toddlers may have difficulty engaging with this format. Prams/strollers are not allowed inside the venue.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide, as it is a storytelling-based theater type exhibition.
